Yay! Please remember to vote for your faces. I’ve been including Hubris because Allan was the vote monitor over there, and one or two months we kept Hubris on the first page, and regularly kept Endtown and Doc Rat in a higher position by cooperating with the Hubris people.I have included Kevin and Kell because Wabbit and Jenner strongly recommended it.Good news! Doc Rat is up and running again. In addition to recommending voting, Jenner’s signature includes a recommendation to Endtown and another strip funny and light called “Swamp”. No A, An or The articles there, just Swamp. Some here might enjoy some light fare while awaiting the return of Endtown.Swamp:

" People who don’t make mistakes aren’t doing anything.". Yes, sometimes not doing anything is an error also. The best we can do is the best we can do, but doing nothing can be an error of omission, an error of inability to decide, or it maybe best to sometimes take no action.Since I frequently derail this discussion, or open it to different perspectives, or sometimes just ramble like Morris from Barkeater Lake(RIP Chuck and Morris), I would like to make another off the wall suggestion. Can and will the followers and supporters of Aaron Neathery’s Endtown take some time out of their schedule for the next few days to pray for Aaron Neathery’s health, or send positive vibrations to his healing aura, or whatever your practices, concentrate on Aaron being healthy, happy, prosperous, sound in mind and body, and productive. Please? Thanks for your consideration.Sincerely, Respectfully and Fraternally, Lewis Young, aka JusSayin, but I make this request honestly and earnestly, under my real name. Remember to vote. “He’s one of the best. The rest of the world will learn this, in due course, but in the meantime the Endtown experience is ours for the living. "Well said.
I cannot believe we would get an unbelievably stupid ending from Mister Neathery. I believe in Mister Neathery and his never-ending, everlasting, heaven-gazing nether mystery. Believe it or believe it not, the ending’s not an ending, nor the end of the beginning nor beginning of the ending of the town they call The End. I muster my belief in Mister Neathery and gather my relief in the discovery that there’s a thousand dusty miles for kitty foot and mousie foot to tread. There will be a short delay, after which a flat and vacant desert is as good a jumping-off point as any.[br]Folks, Aaron needs to recharge his batteries.[br]I know for a fact he has even more stories in his head than the few we’ve seen from him so far. Just because Holly and Wally are away from the Endtown politics doesn’t mean we readers are going to ge a smooth ride. Less complex, maybe, for a while, but still full of delicious tales of our two fragile heroes. For a start, Holly’s badly wounded, and I don’t just mean in her arm. She has horrible things hidden away, deep in there. I for one want to see that poison come out, so that Holly has the chance to heal and feel genuinely good about herself. It will come, make no mistake about that. Mister Neathery has amply proven his track record as a spinner of yarns. He’s one of the best. The rest of the world will learn this, in due course, but in the meantime the Endtown experience is ours for the living. [br]I can give him a month. Can you?
I can’t believe I was in the middle of nowhere, New Hampshire when all this was going down (I could read the strip, albeit with difficulty on my phone, but not the comments).I noticed Selina wasn’t being mentioned as greytones artist, and wondered if something was up.
So … I haven’t been following the comments for awhile now – although I still religiously (snrk!) read EndTown (and vote every day!) – and was taken by surprise the revelation of a pending hiatus. From reading today’s comments, it appears that Aaron needs a bit of time to get back ahead of things. Or is something else amiss? Anyone care to give a capsulized summery? Thanks, And as for a delay in the strips – hey, it happens. We’ll deal. EndTown is certainly worth waiting for. :3
Hey Aaron. Get well man. Find a nurse like mineI for one will be here when you get back..I believe that Aaron reads the comments here.If not I am sure that our best wishes will get passed to you.
