If you want some proof, look at the increasing cost of health insurance and the lesser benefits contained in those new policies.

So? My primary at the VA has been a Nurse Practitioner for almost a decade and I trust her more than some doctors I’ve met. And, an apple a day might be just what you need to get enough fiber in your diet.
