There’s a lesson in this painting for the adamantly ignorant among us & their selective pain.

Hajiim placed his hand on his hip and casually leaned on his cane, hoping the buyer would not notice how excited he was, and that he’d piddled on the market floor.

Always check the teeth. God knows, with the price dentist and orthodontist charge these days, you can’t buy cuspids !

Click-to-enlarge image can be found here. So far, this hasn’t appeared in Mr. Melcher’s blog. Perhaps it will be added later.Slave Market isn’t, as far as I can tell, shown online by its current-location.A different coloration image, can be found in this blog devoted to the artist. He painted at least 3 other works, with the same theme, one of which has previously appeared here. The artist/teacher’s Wikipedia page (Google translated French Wikipedia page has more) and collection (many more under Subcategories at each level).Latest, of the 12 works (13 times, so proud of one pseudo-title, he used it again), by this artist, that have, so far, appeared in Mr. Melcher’s blog, to also appear here.

I find the title and concept of this Strip offensive in the extremeAll slavery of women ( especially naked women) should not be considered clever or funny. Same goes for men as well!EB
