My kitty got fleas when she was too young, or at least too small (she was a good sam kitty and probably a runt to boot, never weighted over 10 lbs) for the flea and tick medicine and we had to give her plain water baths to get rid of them, she KNOWS what the tub is, and stays away. .While she doesn’t throw a fit over it, getting wet is not happy for her.

My Molly is just like that. I’ve had to clean the blood off my legs more than one time. But it is all good I still love her!

Indeed. As a relatively new feline caretaker, I have learned this the hard, bloody way.

Lesson 2 – never take a bubble bath when a curious cat is around. Take about blood!

I saw a comic yesterday where the moral was “never hold a cat while someone is doing dishes”.

It’s hard to be humble and calm, when you know you were once worshiped as gods, and now have to tolerate living with humans.
