Several years ago we took our 100 lb Golden to a charity fundraiser for the local animal shelter. A guy was there dressed in a dog costume and all the other dogs went nuts, barking and yapping incessantly.at him.Our dog wasn’t concerned about the costume but apparently wanted to put his two cents in and he let out a single, loud, deeply resonant GRRRROOF!All the other dogs stopped barking and hardly made a peep after that. One lady said, “The big dog spoke and I guess that’s that.”

My doodle needs a bark enhancer. He sounds like a small dog when he barks, but he’s 75 pounds.

Every once in awhile I let my dog out for a short “bark break”. Just during the day and only for a few minutes. She loves it and is happy the rest of the day. :)
