When feeding an “all natural” or raw diet, egg shells are a good supplement. Most dry dog food is garbage, created by a company who’s interest is profit and not healthy food. “Real dog food” is facetious in this cartoon, because real dog food would be animal carcasses.
I can’t imagine a dog that would complain about being fed actual meat. Never heard about feeding one eggshells though, we always dried those out and fed them back to the chickens.
