Good morning, Vagabonds. Yesterday I had to go to Downtown Miami to get a new senior bus pass. It took a lot of red tape, but it was worth it as the pass lets me travel all over Miami Dade for fre. However, I returned home, thoroughly exhausted.

Today is the last night of Hanukah. Thanks to all for your hanukah wishes.

Morning, Vagabonds. @Arye – You are welcome, Friend.

We’re heading down country this weekend to go see a Christmas display. Don’t know where we’re going yet because we had planned to go to College Station. But we found out that it’s a walk-through instead of a drive-through. With temperatures at 30 to 32 degrees and freezing rain, we decide to cancel our reservations and go someplace else.

Got a new coffee maker. This one’s a lot better, with a timer.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Our forecast is for the high 40’s the next few days, with lows in the teens and 20’s overnight. Unusual for us. So much for global warming…….

    Good Morning, Vagabonds.

It got down to minus 0.1 during the night. And forecast of 5 for the day!!!!! BRRRRR!

We’re supposed to have low temps for the next week or so. The good news about this, is that the mountain pine bark beetle that has been killing our trees, dies off if the temp gets below freezing for a minimum of 2 weeks. So………I may not like the cold, but our trees sure will. :))
