    Sad to say Delainey and Rasmussen have sold out, to please the larger American audience. Our thanksgiving was over a month ago.

    It does trouble me in that it seems to say they fear losing readership if they don’t conform to the American norm. I don’t believe Americans are that narrow minded, I think most Americans can accept diversity. Look at the success of Lynn Johnson’s “For Better or Worse”. It is pandering to the perceived lowest common denominator.

    Another Canadian here and I didn’t realise that this was a Canadian strip until they were talking about Money Morons…It woulg be nice to mention ‘our’ Thanksgiving as well~

    It’s not Canadian, the writers are Canadian. How many Canadians are named Bub? This has been a pet peeve for me since the strip started. Betty and Bub, live in the southern United States, one paycheque away from living in a trailer court.
