Things that make you feel old: kids these days don’t know about 9-11. When it happened, they were too young to know about airplanes or skyscrapers, let alone terrorism.
Seems a shame he’s been reduced to his initials rather than his name. Plus I would think he would be part of American History in schools. I was in the 7th grade when John F. Kennedy was assassinated. We were ushered into the hallways that morning, then dismissed from school. No one said anything. It wasn’t until I arrived home that I found out why.

Sad statement but true………….my kids used to do the ole “eye roll” when I would talk about the assassination but since 9-11 they don’t do it anymore.
