It’s always the quiet ones who are the most dangerous.

Danae’s the one mostly likely to do something dangerous. Kate the most likely one to follow through on a threat.

“Capice” ? Sounds like Kate is reading The Godfather, and it’s giving her ideas.

Oh Danae, what happened? Is it assessment time? At your age do you really need a boy friend or a little sister?

Love the strip. I have to weigh in in defense of the Italian language, though. In warning her sister to keep her hands off her future boyfriend, Kate would ask Danae, “Capisci?” second person singular of the verb “capire”, “to understand.”

I wouldn’t trust Kate with a knife. After all, look how cleanly she split that infinitive….

Kate’s always shown slight signs of sadism in regard to her interactions with Danae. I always hoped we’d get this kind of storyline.

    Katherine the Great.

Love today’s strip. It’s not the growing dog in front of you to be more afraid, but the quiet one walking up behind you.

It’s Kyle who really has my sympathy, since his prospective(?) girlfriend apparently has no intention of giving him any say in the matter.

There are times that splitting an infinitive is, to me at least, more emphatic.“To not go” is more impressive than “not to go.” If you MUST NOT go means more than it’s okay not to go.
