No, we repealed that law years ago, but gave “county option.” All counties can have liquor, but my county just a few months ago voted to allow bars and restaurants to serve it on Sunday.

He is very calm and easygoing. -She was really tuned to what she was doing. I hope she has staying power.-That is why if you ever considered meeting someone from here, you would agree on some neutral ground…. in a public place. Showing up with a friend makes it easier too !-I think you got the name right. I believe Bob said he didn’t feel like he was good enough. The others have been together for some time and so have a chemistry. Michael “the kid” did one full lead vocal song and showed plenty of confidence. Todd (bass) changed gears by taking up guitar for “Silver Springs” which Barb sang. The show was pretty gosh darn good ! Donna, the ex lead guitar and co-vocal, ran the sound board. There were goofs, but if she keeps at it she will be just fine. Paul is doing his thing and the door is open if he ever wants to do a gig. -May your new nursie have a good bedside or in this case, a good couchside manner. -Glad you liked the link-shots. These are from last night. They were in good form. -May you be blessed with a pleasant Sunday.-This li’l guy sez bye !__________________________________________________
Awwwwwww. What a cute little kitty! I couldn’t help waving back at it. I love it’s little beady eyes.-I agree with you about the ‘meeting up’ thing. I don’t want to rush though. I just want to keep talking behind a screen for now. -Your ‘Hippy Buckaroo’ photos are very cool! I think Barbara’s got good dress sense. It suits her perfectly. It’s nice to know that they’ll still let Paul back in if he ever wants to rejoin.-Pity about ‘Mando Dan’ not being good enough. Never mind.-My nurse, Linda was very kind. They all are. Everything was OK with me today but if you read what I said to Afficionado, I was a bit anxious even though I didn’t feel it. Not sure if that makes sense or not. I thought I was calm and relaxed but apparently I wasn’t.-Great, eh? LOL.-May you be blessed with a pleasant Monday.
Howdy. I’ve been so busy. My wife has been at the hospital every day since the surgery. My mil is progressing but not to the doctor’s satisfaction. They are trying to ward off pneumonia. Maybe Thanksgiving in the hospital. I’ll be back when I can. Love you guys.
@John PikeI live in the black hair dye for men, capitol of the world. For some reason, all Ecuadorianos men feel the need to keep their hair jet black – no matter their age or how ridiculous it looks. They also touch up the eyebrows and mustache. Not only do I stand out because I’m a 6’ 200 lb. gringo, but my hair and beard are grey/white. I’ve never dyed my hair ( except for some theatrical event ) and don’t intend to. Besides, my bride-to-be says that’s what first attracted her and she wouldn’t let me change it, even if I wanted to. She did get me to trim the ’tash and beard a bit, though.
Speaking of sphygmomanometers, I never could remember which was which in regard to Systolic and Diastolic so I decided to think of San Diego when in doubt. I never have that problem now.
@Number sixRe: Hair DyeI went to an expensive Salon and they dyed it Burgandy! People Stared!I would love to “let it go” but the only grey is a circle of white on top of my head. I would look like a skunk.Soooo I dye it about every two weeks, Sighgo ahead and dye it a different color, as long as it is a darker color it will work. (you know we all want to see what it looks like LOL)

doesn’t the baker have an oven big enough for an emu? Surely he has enough unsold loaves to stuff it.

What is ‘dry’, and why are some of you offering it for free? Is it like ‘Superdry’ clothing?

Frogs’ legs taste like chicken, but you’d need a large bucketful of frogs to make up one chicken leg.

I hope that Dry is back before Thanksgiving. Banning her seems totally unfair.
