That is the way Santa had to come into our house when I was little, but Santa came through the back door when my kids were growing up. Now Santa and Mrs. Claus visit my grandchildren at their other grandparents’ house on Christmas Eve. Might you have guessed that Santa and Mrs. Claus see my grandchildren throughout the year?

We had no chimney either. My Dad told me he gave Santa a key to the front door and not to worry.
