Some years ago my brother and I (both veterans) would stroll the mall with an eye out for those in camo apparel. We would intentionally run into them and exclaim: “Sorry, I didn’t see you.”
I sometimes wonder how much of that camouflage is effective when the colorful country’s flag is sewn on a shoulder. It seems the flags should also be subdued. But then again, isn’t that the business of war? BIG business?

I did reenactments at Fort York in Toronto. The red is to hide the blood.

@$$i9—-They do have “subdued” camo flag & squadron patches now. I have seen them.
