BTW, when our guys and gals in Iraq went to by something in those PX’s , those cameras, radios, and other items ALSO came from IRAN! (Just a little something the “hate Iran” crowd doesn’t know, or want to talk about.
Which, all those nice “capitalists” were also “opening relations” with those countries while saying “we still hate them”, and munitions from those countries were landing on our folks in ’Nam. We were also exploring for oil in ’Nam, with our friends from France, even AFTER Saigon “fell”.
Simply put: American “capitalists” don’t really care much about where, or from whom, the profits come to them.

Iran manufactures MANY PRODUCTS, and the sanctions are hurting more than just sale of oil.
The fact that we import both drugs, and weapons technology says they’ve increased their “product line” from just weapons related products in recent years.
^The last was of course Israel, which considering the long history of Israeli Defense Industries, and most production being state owned until very recently, Israel IS one of the MOST “communist” or “socialist” nations on the planet, as in say “kibbutz”.
I expect many tribute cartoons in the next few hours and not just within the Views Africa section.(oh please, none with the Pearly Gates? Or am I hoping in vain?)

Israel had to take that danger out once before!
And it is also a danger for the U S! Don’t suppose Obama and Jon Carry are willing to do anything about it.
