All of us have used that tactic now and then!

I thought maybe that was Opal.

Wouldn’t it be simpler to turn off the hearing aid? Oh, well.

Got that same problem at my house. Dog is irritating the whole neighborhood.

I find that it would be easier to turn off Opal than a dog barking. Obviously, Earl is a professional.

Whomf? Womf? Whaff? Are those the sound effects of the dog crashing into the fence?

My next door neighbours have a new dog. It barked quite a lot because it probably wasn’t used to it’s new environment but it’s settled down now.

Most cities have laws to handle that sort of community nuisance. Talk to your neighbor then put animal control on speed dial.

Pity the poor neighbors who have to listen to their own dog barking all the time.

It appears that you and your neighbors had differing definitions of “talk reasonably”.The police, being neutral parties, surely sorted it out shortly.

It’s really easy for me…because..I talk dog..They start a obnoxious conversation as a neighbor walks by with their dog..and I step out to empty the garbage and talk back to them..“Browfff..Brouff..Yip..wuff” and they shut up for a while(doesn’t work all the time)
