Just because it happens doesn’t mean you have to accept it. They have and always will spy on us. Tolerating it though just encourages them to see how much further they can push it. The government should be afraid of it’s people. Not the reverse. Make it difficult for them now so they can’t make it difficult for us or our children later.
To their credit, Republican Presidents HAVE on occasion appointed federal judges who’ve read the Constitution and believe in it, just not to the SCOTUS for a long, long, time.
