Actually, the knit hat I wear at work is too small for my head and keeps sliding up. Hasn’t completely popped off yet, though.

I can only if it’s a plenty-big man’s hat – got an orange hunter’s knit cap at Bad Box Store a month ago; felt good in the minimally-heated WI bedroom. Except I kept thinking, “And mamma in her ’kerchief, and I in my cap . . .” But it was me in the cap. And I’m a grandmamma.

Then make your own. My hubby always complained about them being too tight and they always seem too long to me, so I just made a few of my own, they’re easy as pie to knit or crochet.
