I think Goblin Speech is a bunch of "Blaart"s spoken with varying Inflections to represent different Words.

I just “heard” Marigold’s voice – when she speaks in Unicornian font – in my head. Got major giggles at myself. I t was sort of a Ruth Buzzi/Gilda Radner combo.
