Alice: Petey's letting his hair grow long so it'll flop around when he shakes his head, like the cool kids! Beni: Show us, Petey! Petey: Uh-oh. Alice: See? He gave himself a nosebleed! Beni: That's so cool!
I prefer mine low-maintenance. I think the last three times I wore it long were when I was an 11th C. Scottish warrior in Macbeth (2010), a 16th-17th C. Spanish prisoner (and, ironically, barber) in Man of La Mancha (2007), and an 18th C. servant in Wild Oats (1979).

Petey is too much of a hypochondriac to be cool.

Had a dream the other night. I met Petey, living, breathing and with all his fallacies intact. It was weird yet awesome to meet him at the same time.

Petey will ALWAYS be the cool one to me no matter what his hair length. Any body who reads comic books is cool.
