My take is this: We are so lucky that the entire world is standardizing on a language we already speak that I am not complaining when grammar slips. Iâd rather chat with people from Myanmar and Estonia than worry about misplaced modifiers and split infinitives.

I donât like seeing ânooneâ Makes me have to re-read the post to try & figure out what was actually meant. I see it and go for NOON. Or Peter Noone. Anyone remember him? Or the group he sang with?

This is about spelling, not grammar.
