I think that Lio is more worried that he is talking out of it’s …..Must be a politician. That is scary.

Don’t understand how he heard or saw that announcement… :)

If the kid on the show is the “half man”, and Lio is a kid, and there is half of a man sitting next to him, then we are simply looking at one man. So there’s nothing unusual here.
