Henri is too nice. The mice I know will eat anything, including fresh food.

Some supermarkets “throw away” the good food separately from the garbage and in different bags. If people “steal” it for the homeless, the store is not responsible.

Tabasco might kick it up a notch.

In Ontario, it’s still legal – and applauded – if stores donate their leftovers. It’s the greedy corporate bastards, who won’t allow it to be done.

A friend of mine raises sheep and hogs. The local grocery stores used to let them take the roughage for their animals. Then they had to stop because the State told the store to.

No, it’s not. Government of Ontario has no problem with places that sell breads, doughnuts, etc donating. It’s places like Tim Horton’s, Coffee Time etc that don’t want to donate.

Aw, shucks … my appetite was really building up, too.
