I’ll bet there are a lot of people that wish their building contractors were that responsive.

Wow…. a cartoonist who makes repairs in an old warehouse in the middle of the night.

Even though Annie and the cats can’t pay the rent.

When this gets around, ALL the cartoon characters on this site are going to want to live in one of Graham’s buildings.
