use ‘sea salt’(brown-untreated) instead of table salt—
not only does it taste the same, it is actually good for you
this should not be an unknown by most people!
Nighthawks, sodium is sodium. That is the problem, not the use of refined versus unrefined. The NaCl in the sea salt is identical to that in the table salt.
I sympathize! Our family has a condition which once our doctors discover that we have it, actually tells us to eat more salt. But what we go through until they learn we need it!!
