You can ask for a shot of Booker’s, which varies slightly, but being generous is about an ounce and a half, or you can ask for four fingers, which is more. Since you are a buddy and I know from experience that a shot is far less than you usually imbibe, I am sliding a snifter down the bar with four fingers plus one to soothe the days wrinkles. And no, the fifth finger is not a middle finger. ;-). Enjoy, as I poured an equal measure for myself. Here’s to no damage from wind tonight. Your wind may already have passed.
