Just about the only thing that does taste OK at a McDonald’s. The food tastes like €$¥#.

Go back a couple of centuries, and wine and beer were the only safe things to drink.

An expert? An “ex” is a has-been and a “spurt” is a drip under pressure.

I’ve found that teh fountain sodas at McD’s (esp Coke) are considerably watered down…. squeezing out more coin from the highest profit ratio product they sell………now the 2014 estate offerring (by request only) at my local Conoco station is quite superb…

“Dr. Choke” (Dr Pepper + Cherry Coke) , their trademark flavor… density and complexity shines through and through. Cigar box and corndog mingle with subtle m&m’s, slim jims, and mentos. Elegant late harvest raisins and local dark cherry fruit punctuate the experience. Goes well with any beef or pork…

Completely disagree with him. The best soda is the homemade stuff — assuming the person who made it either knows how to make soda or can follow instructions and uses real fruit.

If you live in the Southwest states you can often get REAL Coke made with REAL sugar, not High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is bottled in REAL glass comes from across the border in Mexico where they have not yet screwed up food with HFCS and GMOs. The taste of this Coke is like it used to be in the U.S. before putting Coke in cans and using a cheaper substitute for sugar.
