June: Ralph, will you please feed the dog? Ralph: Sure! June: Remember, put his food in the microwave for exactly 14 seconds! Any more will make it too hot, and any less makes it too cold! Ralph: He eats out of the garbage, he's not that picky! June: Forget it. I'll do it!

My granddaughter house sits dogs on weekends and with one of them there were about 8 pages of instructions. He had to be fed at a certain time and was not to be left alone for more than an hour. Those were just two of them.

Right on, June…my microwave is so strong the ideal time is 9 seconds. No more…no less, otherwise it will be Papa Bear or Baby Bear. And I’m my mama’s little bear (mini doxie silver dapple), Truffle.
