Red: Charles Atlas says when he was a 90-pound weakling he used to get sand kicked in his face at the beach. So he began a lifelong commitment to fitness through exercise, proper nutrition, plenty of sleep, clean living and hard work. Personally I would've stopped going to the beach.

Hubby would have stopped going to the beach, too.
As a matter of fact, he did stop going to the beach as soon as he figured out that there were creatures out in the water that wanted to kill and eat him!
And not necessarily in that order, either!
