I used to take off one side and eat the side with the cream. Then I’d give the plain side to my daughter. It was years before she realized I was giving her a part of a cookie. LOL
Don’t remember when last ate one (I also usually only bother with homemade cookies), but my old custom was to bite down around the edges and eat each piece that broke off; then trim off the flanges and associated frosting; then open up the remainder, scrape off the frosting with my lower teeth, and eat the rest.
I eat half the filling, scrape the rest back over the cookie and then dunk it in milk. .Johnny what can you make out of this? This? Why, I can make a hat, or a broach, or a pterodactyl……..
You all REALLY need to go to SHERPA and CHECK OUT PLENTY OF PENGUINS! It is a delightful one strip panel by Patrick Wire!
I hope you don’t mind, TONY! But it is a nice strip and needs a Shout Out like you probably did as well, back when you got started. Don’t know the man, just enjoy the strip. In this day and age, it’s a nice refresher.

Reminds me a little of Alfred Yankovic’s New Kids on the Block parody “The White Stuff.”

I only eat homemade cookies. Even at a pot luck, there are plenty besides just me who COOK.
