ooooooooooo dear – i know that feeling! over the years my dear tummy suffered a lot of gastronomic “takeway” torture…. finally had to learn to cook like my mum – no options!!!

My Mum used to sing through most of her cooking sessions. I’d love to be like Rose and “hear” my Mum cooking again.

Our mom didn’t know how to cook. She’d serve us half cooked baked chicken, as an example. Couldn’t understand why my brother and I’d go buy and eat a cooked crab at the bait shop in Seal Beach and then didn’t have an appetite at dinner time.
