I like it…..I write songs. If you don’t capture it as it dances through your brain, it’s gone and somebody else gets it…..

Here’s an “idea”…
A stroke of genius is a tested idea. Get the idea, test or tweak it a little, then tell others you got an "idea’. To all but you it will be a stroke of genius. Then everyone tells you how smart you are, and you believe them.
