I guess it wasn’t a government project, then. The ticks would have a luxury suite, were that the case.

Ticks, mosquitos, cockroaches……………..somehow they out-survive everything! For millions and millions of years.

It was Ogden Nash who once wrote,God in His wisdom made the flyand then forgot to tell us why.

Remember, Creationists say Noah only took animals of each KIND. Therefore, if he took two of any kind of insect (even the four legged ones mentioned in Leviticus 11:20), then The Evolution, which doesn’t exists, would have lead to all of the other insects re-Evolving. Now we just need to figure out why Leviticus’ four legged insects never re-Evolved.

No. I only think for others. But they never appreciate it. Such is the way of altruism.

Noah and family were extremely lousy in the literal sense, I wonder which one got to carry pubic lice and who got the filarial worms, the ones that migrate into the eye and grow inside it? And let’s not forget hemorrhagic fever, always a winner once blood starts spewing out of every orifice.

Most of the animals were sick as heck too since every one of them has a species specific group of parasites that can’t survive outside their host. Hookworms anyone? Or would you prefer heartworms?

Ticks would be a blessing compared to some of “God’s” little surprises.

Some of these comments are really starting to bug me.

With all sincerity Brass Orchid., nice job in taking the high road. It would have been easy to criticize back. Keep up your altruistic ways, do so not for the vocal cretins among us, but because that’s just the kind of person you are.
