Al Molinaro and Pat Morita ate it when they came here…

There is, or was, a billboard outside Globe, Arizona for a restaurant featuring “American/Chinese/Italian cuisine”. I decided that would have to be chicken-fried won ton parmegiano.

“Oh look, they’ve got Benihana Onion Gazpacho.”

It is what we euphemistically call “fusion”.

Must be in California.

Once ate in a converted gas station in Bellvue, Illinois, called Casa Yo’ Mama Mexican BBQ. It was great.

Must be Hayakawa’s Taco Hacienda in Lake Wobegon.

Right down there with the Irish nachos.

There is a Teryaki place I go to at times who’s cook is Mexican and a pizza place downtown called Mario’s owned and operated by Asians and both places have good food. God bless America
