What a considerate (and inconsiderate at the same time) son-in-law Andy is.

How to tell you’ve gotten old:

    1. All your plants are alive, and you can’t smoke any of them.

    2. You keep more food in your fridge than beer.

    3. You hear your favorite song in an elevator.

    4. You watch the Weather Channel.

    5. You’re the one calling the cops because those damned kids next door won’t turn down the stereo.

    6. You don’t know what time Taco Bell closes anymore.

    7. Sleeping on the couch makes your back hurt.

    8. You take naps.

    9. A $4.00 bottle of wine is no longer considered “pretty good shit”.

The only funny part today was Andy selling the aspirin. (The punchline was going to be obvious before Flo walked all the way into the second panel!)

    @Gweedo – It’s not like the way it looked ! – Murray

“Maybe he got a hold of summa dat olde tyme Cheracol with codeine and wanted to make it last !”~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ah, that brought back memories. I remember back when you could buy‘terpin hydrate and codeine’ over the counter with no rx needed (only an oz or two.) But it was the only thing that worked. Then the Feds came along and took it away — all of it —you couldn’t even get a prescription for it.It really was the only thing I ever found that wasn’t sweet enough to gag you. I really hate living in a nanny state!

I got my very first migraine last year. I knew it was a migraine because I was sensitive to light and my vision went funny.

Sitting quietly in the dark helped. xxx

@beviekRemember all those green fish? They were yellow in the Mirror.Gocomics – March 19:

Mirror – March 25:Maybe StelBel should apply for the coloring job in the US. It is not just GC. Other sites such as Creators has the same coloring. It is interesting that US sites published this strip six days ahead of the Mirror.

Gweedo – It’s not like the way it looked ! – Murray said, about 22 hours agoYES !!!Now, take it back !!,…….. pretty please ? -I don’t know the duration. She and her husband came down off the porch yesterday afternoon and waved to Me ‘n Heather on their way to town or wherever they were off to. -I think horses are much more costly to keep than when they used to be basic transportation, kinda like stone or acid washed jeans cost more than “regular” jeans and they’d be halfway through their life cycle at that. Aint nuthin like putting the age on pants your own self. -Would nettles be bad for the horse ?Just how high is your leg ?? Cheeky me ??-Today (Tue) is looking more promising. Put my legal papers to NY in the mail this morning. Hafta get moving along now… A wooster Wednesday to you.__________________________________________________If it makes you feel any better… We had our typical English weather yesterday. So looks like Colorado and my part of the UK are even now.-However long they stay for, I hope they enjoy every minute. -I went to see the horses yesterday but they were all inside their cosy stables. I noticed Sebastian was giving me the eye from HIS stable. Men, huh? LOL.-Horses do eat nettles. I’ve seen Merlin chomping them. -I can assure you that my legs aren’t that high. I’m only 5’2 Quite petite. I thought I had been stung but it was probably a small electric shock from my clothing. -Well, I’ve got to start my toon tour… Giddy up, Trigger!

Re “Polo” pony…..I don’t know if you have polo mints in the US, but they’re mints with a hole in the middle (like “Life Savers” if you have those.) You probably do as most of what we produce is now owned by other countries.

You’ll be needing some aspirin, Andy, for that headache you’ll be having after your nightly visit to “The Rose and Crown.”

I have been away from this keyboard for the last few hours but wanted to get in this comment before the day is gone.In my opinion today’s MG&G offering was by far their best ever. “So I sold her some aspirin” is classic – worthy of Smythe. The third panel is unnecessary. I have been chuckling about it all day.
