Reminds me of the european luxury ships that sail near Somalia and then whine to their home lands that they are hijacked. Piracy is just wrong, but it’s obscene to see the rich folks show off multi-million dollar recreational toys in the face of people who don’t have anything to eat.
Really fat American with skinny, hungry Somalians. Guess who has the moral high ground. All started with loss of fishing areas due to ships sailing too close to Somalia. The ripple effect. Now we are paying attention because we have captured a skinny little pirate who is thrilled to be in the USA.
“Maybe if the somalis could get a functioning nation for themselves then they would be in better shape.”
