And he seems to have lost his paddle.

Well, he could not reliably get to work on time in that water craft…I don’t think I could either…canoe?
Sounds like our kayaking crazy town in the summer. He just needs to work downstream.
If he keeps being late, he’ll find himself up a lazy river.
