ā¦.and down goes nate with the very first question!! btw i know this seems stupid but can someone tell me what P.S stands for? like at the end of messages āP.S i hate youā and that! donāt laugh.
The functional translation of P.S. would be āafterthoughtā. In the pre-digital age of handwritten or mechanically typed correspondence, there was no way of adding new text to the body of a letter once you had signed it. If you had another thought to add, your only options were to start over or to add a āpost scriptā to the the completed letter.
In the digital age, it is largely just a stylistic choice.
Thatās not college level, thatās middle school. Maybe not sixth grade, but that would be a reasonable question on an eighth grade test. Good for Mrs. Godfrey for pushing her students to achieve.
ZOUNDS!! At the conclusion of the past weekās story thread, I thought that Nate is cocked, aimed and ready to be launched into summer school this yearā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦..today, Iām SURE he is!!! Snark! SNARK!!
BTW, can one of you kind folks inform me of the āKellyā summer. you know, the LAST time Nate had to do summer school? Thereās something there that the G-Lady saidā¦.something funny that really blew Nateās mindā¦but I donāt remember what it was. I remember her face expression (hilarious!!! She was really digging into Nate, knew it, and was thoroughly enjoying it!) and the remark started with āHereās a thought:ā¦..ā Please folksā¦.Glee! GLEE!!

How are you suppose to prepare for something like that on a test? That seems like something that would be a weekās assignment.
LOAFY about 4 years ago
Well, it doesnāt specify what issue or even the time period, and we know controversy is something Nate is usually aware of, so he might do ok.
