Get Fuzzy by Darby Conley for April 19, 2014

Pastis usually portrays himself with a lit cigarette hanging from his lips, even though he doesn’t himself smoke. Then again, Guard Duck also usually had a cig hanging from his beak. This is probably a more flattering depiction than Pastis usually presents. Looking at the past couple of weeks, though, when he has included himself in the strip, the cancer stick is gone.

Gotta give Darby credit for making himself look like a jerk. When this was clearly set up ahead of time. And in Darby’s strip, Stephan looks like he belongs on The Sopranos.

Stephan usually portays himself similar to how Darby portrays himself in today’s strip. Except with Rat trying to beat him senseless for yet another pun.

they are both lovely, not that I like guys, but whatever.

Steph and that extended pinky. Heh heh.

This last week has been a rerun from 2006. Still clever, though.

They both look like Steve Dallas

Conley seems to be just like Bucky.

Did Pastis’ wife really leave him? I thought it was just a story line. But wasn’t sure.

Correct me if I’m wrong: Isn’t that Steve Dallas from “Bloom County”?

Anyone else think Darby looks like Steve Dallas?

I’m waiting to see the Pearls strips that are similar to the ones Darby used! Love both those strips!
