I should think that after their recent adventure, Hudson would certainly vouch for him. A cat would NEVER chase a car & certainly not graonto the bumper.

We are noted for our rain here in the PNW, but most of us do not use umbrellas, just hooded raincoats.

Or raincoats and hats.
