Apparently the police are better at rousing Slim from his sleep than Skeezix is. Slim obviously answered the phone in his sleep then fell asleep again.
No money? Clovia may run the garage, but Skeezix still has an ownership interest. Much of the money for Slim’s apartmnt comes from Skeezix. On a side note, why do Clovia and Slim still live in an apartment?
