As long as you’re happy, who needs an umbrella?

Dull and cold on the outside, bright and warm on the inside.

I’m certainly smiling today, it’s raining and that’s not usual at this time of year where I live. Normally we’d be gasping in the heat.

I love the rain…

…but I don’t like getting wet.:-)

Let a smile be your umbrella

That’d make a great book title.

Umbrellas are dangerous around lightning.

A house will keep you dry.

A better smile could have made protective rain gear.

Oddly enough, when Charlie Brown is standing on his pitchers mound in the middle of a downpour, and his team and the opponents have long since left, but he’s waiting for it to clear up, he’s almost never smiling……..

Must be nice to be someplace where it rains frequently enough that you can get caught in it…

Linus is soooo cute in the 2nd panel!I don’t mind being caught in the rain as long as it isn’t too heavy. I prefer the rain to the sun anyway.xxx

I smile when I’m in the rain.But I live in California where rain is an endangered species.

If a smile is your umbrella, and every time it rains pennies from heaven, shouldn’t you be frowning when out in the rain? You know, making sure that your umbrella is upside down?
