I wouldn’t pick up a thread of clothing. I’d be yelling at the kid to pick up his mess.

Put the grilled cheese in one of the pockets and put it in a pile with the rest of his clothes,And make him wash them, at the laundromat.
Near SF I liked sourdough with swiss and PLEASE keep the crusts.
He shed enough clothing that he should be naked. Give him peaches.
