    Annie, how come you didn’t see what your baby was doing, and waited until your older son told you what Richard was doing, and THEN you finally got up off your chair to get him out of the sand box?! ;)

    No telling what a kid can get from eating the sandbox sand. Cats have a tendency to use it too!

    -Kids will put anything into their mouths when they’re little, just like puppies do. My brother used to bite off parts of the Ivory soap bars that were sitting in the soap dish when he was taking a bath (we had no such luxury as a shower in our first apartment). And I used to swallow parts of pencil erasers (anybody remember pencils?)-Both of us turned out alright, even though our Mom wasn’t watching us like a hawk every minute to make sure we didn’t do stupid things….
