Yes, Miss Bliss, that is what they are doing: crying out loud. Explain to them in simple, dispassionate terms that Beltway traffic is a mess. Heck, you could even go so far as to blame it on the federal government, which is your area’s chief employer and therefore generator of the bulk of the traffic….

Even the usually cool Beni is losing it in the third panel which is, as Arianne mentioned already, priceless. I don`t know how Miss. Bliss manages to keep her composure with such a ruckus crowd.
