Maybe Kat’s plan is to set up a decoy Heart, to attract the real one. She and Dean will hide in the bushes, and when Heart comes to investigate they’ll hit her with a tranq dart, slap a radio tag on her, and release her into the wild again. After that, they can track her future movements from a remote location.
I’ll do my part and look for Heart in San Francisco. I overheard this guy Tony saying he left her here…
