No it isn’t stupid. It’s a perfect parody equating ‘Luca Libre’ with the fact that Wall Street and Big Business are still playing the same game. They get bailed out by the government and true to the script they go back to exactly to being the same money grubbing fat cats and keeping the public fearful of them.
