Even if there were any real validity to the idea that there is any “truth” about this that has yet to be revealed, Stantis’ perceptions have become more difficult to trust since that series a few weeks back where he severely jumped the gun and presumed the ACA signup figures were inaccurate.
I heard some TV pundit try to argue there is no need for another Benghazi investigation since there have been five or six so far. So why are there still unanswered questions?
Prickly City is a daily comic strip originally drawn by Scott Stantis, the editorial cartoonist for the Chicago Tribune, and distributed through United Features Syndicate. The cartoon follows the adventures of Carmen, a young Hispanic girl, and a coyote pup named Winslow. The strip is frequently politically oriented with a conservative leaning.
Do not confuse Truth and Facts, they are two different parts of a process. Facts are the building blocks of truth which depending on perception can have completely opposing perspectives. Consider lawyers manipulating facts and evidence to their perspectives for and against a defendant; or Fox and MSNBC in their interpretations of facts to report the news from their political perspective. “Factoids”, are merely statements presented as fact without supporting evidence and had no existence before appearing in a magazine, newspaper or other media. Factoids are the basis of most internet hoaxes and urban legends.
