That’s one of a very few times Andy has been goal-oriented.

Ahhh,Flo, bring him down to the pub, open your purse, and toast Magnilliant and Brillificent. At Andy’s age, he deserves it.

Wordman. I would welcome back the days when the comics weren’t so pc, they were more funny then.

That’s how he was able to score the two goals. He was only half in the bag and everyone else was completely tanked including the goalie who was passed out.

Flo should be so proud to be with a winner like Andy. Instead, she makes him think up his own words of praise.

I use to Ref soccer and only the over 40’s huffed and wheezed in the second half. American football players huff and wheeze after the first play and couldn’t play 45 minutes straight; let alone a whole match of 90 minutes.

I admire Andy’s competitive spirit! It’s good to see an energetic middle aged man that is still so active and involved. He lives his life to the fullest!

Poor Flo. If only she could be happy for him just once. Maybe she has a poor self-image causing her sarcastic thoughts. It wouldn’t hurt if she was a little more active. I’m certain that Andy would be most supportive.

I used to have two roommates when I lived in Vancouver, BC. They were both semi-professional players and played on league soccer teams. Some teams were based on country of origin and had names like the Croatians and Portuguese, others like The Firefighters, were supported by firemen. One thing you would find in most locker rooms were cases of beer.

Yes indeed cleokaya, soccer players, as well as rugby players, need to replenish fluids lost during strenuous play. Andy plays hard. In fact, he plays the game of rugby at such a high level that sometimes it takes the entire week for him to restore his natural level of body fluids. No wonder he’s exhausted much of the time.

Though a true competitor with far above average athletic abilities, Andy is human. Flo could help in his recovery if she would just be kind enough to bring him a beer when he’s hardly capable of getting it for himself.
