The world’s best martini is the Vesper from the book & movie "Casino Royale:1 Fill the champagne glass with ice and water to frost.
2 Fill cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice.
3 Measure and pour 3 measures of gin, one measure of vodka and ½ measure of Kina Blanc (white Lillet) and a dash of bitters into cocktail shaker.
4 Put the lid on the shaker and shake for a moment or two, until icy.
5 Pour ice and water out of the champagne goblet.
6 Pour the martini through a strainer into the goblet. Add one large peel of lemon. Enjoy!
After he gets the heck slapped out of him, he tries to pick up another girl: “We would make a great couple.” “Why?” “I’m bloody and your name is Mary!”
He should go out with Broom Hilda if he wants olive complexion.
If you have enough money, any line will work. He might as well be saying “How much?”
