You don’t always win. I once read about a small pottery place called “You’re Fired”. Donald Trump tried to sue them over the use of his “catch phrase”…and lost.

If you stole 1 one 0, would that be identity theft?

I rather like the sarcasm of the “let’s make money by suing people over patents and copyrights” mentality.

I remember our attorney at the time telling me, “Any settlement is worth the lawsuit.”.I never used him after that…
